- Assignments - Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce Brief Bio Data of Current Officers Yolanda O. Stern - President Emeritus Jaime Lim – is newly elected President of the Federation (FPACC). He is concurrently the President of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO). As President of the Federation, Jaime would like to help all affiliate chambers to find a way achieve financial stability as they have done in Oregon. He also wants to continue the present initiatives of the former President, Yolanda Stern, and to pursue more business opportunities for the Federation. Jaime is the Founder and President of the First United Engineering and a Publisher of the Asian Reporter Newspaper.
Marie Cunning – is the newly elected Executive Vice President of FPACC.. She is the Founding President of the Filipino American Business Chamber of Commerce of Arizona. Marie is the President and CEO of Arista Development, Inc., a major residential and commercial builder. She is also an owner and designated broker of Altair Realty, LLC.</ FONT>
Simeon Mamaril – is the newly elected Secretary of FPACC. He is a board member of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon and State Chair for the National Federation of Filipino American Associations and President of the Filipino American National Historical Society of Oregon.
Cynthia Flores – is the newly elected Treasurer of F PACC. She is currently the President of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Chicago. Cindy is the owner of Cindy’s Pharmacy , the only Filipino-American independent drugstore owner in Metropolitan Chicago area.
Tonie Sison - VP for Governmental Affairs : Tonie is currently the Chairman of the Philippine Cham ber of Southern Nevada. He is owner and designated owner of a realty company is Las Vegas. Tonie is very active in Las Vegas politics.
Juanita “Nimfa” Gamez – VP for Membership - Nimfa is a member of San Francisco Filipino Chamber of Commerce. She is a businesswoman in San Ramon, California. . She plans to reach out and enlist different Filipino American chambers and business organizations in the US to become members of the Federation.
Johnny Pecayo – VP for PRO: Is a member and previously the Executive VP of the San Fernando Valley Fil-am Chamber of Commerce. He is the publisher and editor-in-chief of the 18-year old Manila-US Times.
Bert Golla - VP for Finance: Is the President Emeritus of the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest. He is a practicing Certified Public Accountant (first known Filipino to be licensed as CPA in the State of Washington ) in Seattle and operates other small businesses.
Ethel Mercado - VP for Trade and Investment : Is the President of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Texas. Ethel is a co-owner of the large Datalogix, a company that employs hundreds of minority engineers.
Ed Orpina – VP for Global Communications: Is the current member and previously the President of the Tri Valley Filipino American Chambers of Commerce of Pleasanton, CA and the California Coalition Chambers of Commerce. Ed joined Wachovia Bank 3 years ago and is a member of the International Operation Technical tea m within the Commercial Investment Bank Technology Division.
Thelma P. Calabio – VP for Tourism: Thelma is a corporate member of the Fil-Am Chamber of Commerce of San Fernando Valley. She is the CEO/Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Famegate Magazine which primarily recognizes America’s Asia-Pacific Who’s Who and another publication Famegate Global News. She is the founder of Famegate Foundation established to benefit the youth and the newly arrived immigrants.

Sophie Pasibe - VP for Programs: Is a member of the Solano Fil Am Chamber of Commerce. Sophie, an interpreter for the State of California, organizes trips to the Philippines for the American-born Filipinos under Lakbay Aral Program to get more acquainted with their heritage.
Jing Espiritu - VP for Business Development : Currently serves as the Charter President of the Las Vegas Fil-Am Chamber of Commerce & Industry. An International Business Development Promoter by Profession and the President/CEO of The 3C Group, Inc. A Career Creation Corporation that is educational based with marketing & business development initiatives. We belong to the Workforce Training Industry and in the business of Creating Jobs and Business Solutions/Opportunities in today's Colleges and Universities. We have the ability to create Jobs through the formation and development of 3Cs' (Career Creation Centers) nationwide and ultimately worldwide for which we are able to obtain Matching Funds through Grants from the Federal Government, Foundations, Non-Profit Organizations and Business Owners.
